Most of our clients are SMEs with 10–100 people. The processes that benefit most from AI agents — customer queries, document handling, internal reporting — are exactly the ones that drain small teams. You don't need enterprise scale to see meaningful time savings.
Setup starts from €1,500, but project cost depends heavily on complexity, integrations required, and testing scope. We give a fixed quote after the discovery call — you'll have an exact number before anything begins.
We build under German law and design agents to be GDPR-compliant by default. Data handling, retention policies, and processing agreements are part of every project scope. If your processes involve personal data, we address that explicitly in the scoping phase.
Integration depends on what you're running. Common systems — CRMs, ERPs, email platforms, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace — are generally connectable. Unusual or heavily customised stacks require scoping before we can confirm. This is part of what the discovery call clarifies.
We test against real scenarios before deployment. Post-launch, our monthly retainer includes monitoring and fixes. That said, AI agents work best when your underlying process is reasonably well-defined — we'll flag that early if it's not.
