Custom enterprise solutions

There's no standard package for these. After a more detailed scoping process, we produce a fixed-price proposal with a milestone-based payment schedule.

How payment and cancellation work
Project billing
Projects are billed against milestones defined in the scope document. The milestone structure is agreed before kickoff. No invoices appear without a corresponding agreed milestone being reached.
Refund policy: No refunds after project kickoff. If you need to pause or cancel mid-project, we'll invoice for work completed to date against the milestone schedule.
Retainer billing
Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. Partial months are prorated at cancellation.
Currency: All prices in EUR. Invoices issued as German GmbH. VAT applied per applicable regulations.
